Diploma Preparation Process

• Fall Semester Graduates: Diplomas will be prepared in the spring semester following the completion of graduations and graduates will be informed
• Spring Semester Graduates: Diplomas will be handed to candidates during the graduation ceremony. Diplomas of postgraduates will be prepared within two months after the ceremony.
• Summer Term Graduates: Diplomas will be prepared in the next fall semester and graduates will be informed accordingly.

**Postgraduates: Since graduation decisions come from the related Graduate Schools, diploma printing will be completed within the period after the graduation decisions are received from Registrar’s Office.

Diploma Delivery and Communication

• When diplomas are ready, relevant graduates will be informed via e-mail. Diploma delivery will be conducted at the Registrar’s and Student Affairs Directorate between 08.00-16.00 on weekdays.
