Graduation Note To Students

Dear Students,

We have just started our graduation process for the Academic Year 2019-2020 Spring Semester. In light of the current situation due to COVID-19, our 2020 Commencement Ceremony will not take place this year. Although we understand how dissappointing it is for you and for us not to be able to hold this important ceremony this year, our top priority is always to keep you and your families safe.

Please see below important notes on graduation.

After your final grades are entered into the system, your diplomas will be ready to be shipped to your registered home addresses from June 20, 2020. For students who do not wish their diplomas to be shipped, we are also working on campus pick-up options via appointment. We will share with you further details in the coming days.

Diplomas can be obtained only after the completion of the clearance procedures shown below. Registrar’s and Student Affairs Directorate will follow them up on your behalf in coordination with respective departments. You will be notified of outstanding debt(s) and your clearance procedure will be finalized upon their completion.

1-) Approval (receipt of discharge) from the Comptroller’s Office

2-) Approval (receipt of discharge) from the Library

3-) Cancellation of ID card feature of your Play Card at Yapı Kredi Bank
