Information on The School Payment System with Yapı Kredi

Parents who wish to benefit from school payments can make their tuition and dormitory payments with “The School Payment System”.

Your school payments will be carried out on your behalf, even in the event that you do not have sufficient funds in your account with Yapı Kredi Bank.

Customers of Yapı Kredi Bank can complete school payments transactions online via mobile banking, by visiting the nearest Yapı Kredi branch, or by calling the Customer Contact Centre on 444 0 444.

The process for applying for and entering instructions for the School Payments application

  • Yapı Kredi Mobil application is accessed.
  • Payments>School Payment Application and Payment Order
  • To apply for school payments, please complete the fields for school information, student ID, credit amount, and mobile phone information. Once you have done so, please submit your application.
  • Once the application has been submitted, the user will be automatically redirected to the application tracking screen. Alternatively, the status of the application can be queried from the Others> Application Status step if required.
  • Once an application has been approved, the instruction entry process can be initiated by selecting “Instruction Entry” from the Instructions Entry step.
  • Once the instruction entry process is complete, the relevant contracts and payment plan will be sent to the customer in accordance with their specified contact preferences.

For transactions, the student’s ID/National ID number, student number and payment plan details must be provided to our Yapı Kredi client.

To perform “The School Payment” operations, the customer must have Yapı Kredi Mobil 3.7.5 or higher on iOS smartphones and 3.7.1 or later on Android smartphones.

Yapı Kredi clients  can complete the application and instruction entry for “The School Payment” by calling 444 0 444 of our Customer Communications Centre, providing the payment plan they received from the school.

Please be advised that for all transactions, the student’s ID/National ID number, student number and payment plan information must be provided to our client.

Upon completion of the instruction entry, the contracts and payment plan will be sent to the customer according to their specified contact preference.

 

Please send a text message to 4411 with the following information: the student’s name, date of birth (in the format DD.MM.YYY), school SMS code, school fee and student ID/National ID number. Please ensure there is a space between each item.

 

Once the application has been confirmed, customers can proceed with their transactions by calling our branch after downloading Yapı Kredi Mobil if they wish to transact with Yapı Kredi Mobil, by contacting our Customer Contact Centre on 444 0 444 or by using the mobile confirmation option.

In order to process transactions, it is necessary to provide the student’s ID/National ID number, student number and payment plan information to our client.

 

Please find the school code for tuition fees below: KOCUNIEGT is the school code for school payments. Please ensure that the application is made up to the total amount of tuition paid to the school.

To apply, please follow the steps on the Yapı ve Kredi website ( yapikredi.com.tr > Payments > School Payments > Instant Application).

Once the application has been confirmed, customers can proceed with their transaction by calling our branch after downloading Yapı ve Kredi Mobile. Alternatively, they can contact our Customer Contact Centre on 444 0 444 or, optionally, for mobile confirmation.

In order to process transactions, it is essential that our client is provided with the student’s ID/National ID number, along with relevant payment plan information.

Please ensure that the application is made up to the total amount of the payment received from the school.

Please note that you must be a Yapı ve Kredi client in order to complete the entry process.

Clients may be registered as Yapı ve Kredi at any of our branches.

Clients who are not member of Yapı Kredi invited to visit our website to learn how to become a customer and gain access to our services. To do so, please follow the steps below:

  1. Download Yapı Kredi Mobil.
  2. Log in by proceeding through the Become a Customer step.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen and scan your Turkish ID Card and, if your phone has near field communication (NFC), the chip on the front of your ID card. If you have an identity card, fill in your identity information.
  4. Create your Single Password that you will use to log in to Yapı Kredi Mobil.
  5. Make your application for account opening and, if you wish, for TLcard and approve the Customer Declaration Form.
  6. Complete your identity verification by talking to the video assistant.
  7. Don’t forget to keep your ID card with you during the video call!
  8. Your account opening process is completed without going to the bank! You are now a Yapı Kredi customer.
