Koç University Registrar’s and Student Affairs Directorate aims to help students, faculty and staff maintain and develop the academic environment with its services.

The Registrar’s and Student Affairs Directorate is where all academic procedures concerning students take place, records are kept, documents are safeguarded, prepared and distributed.

Registrar’s Office executes the military service procedures for all students who are of age.

Regulations for graduation
Student who have successfully completed the courses and credits indicated by their departmental program and have a minimum GPA of 2.00 are eligible for graduation and diploma. All senior students participate in the commencement ceremony. Spring graduated receive their diplomas in July. Summer and Fall graduates receive their diplomas in the last week of next February.

Lost Diplomas
In case of lost diplomas, steps declared in lost diploma regulation are followed. New diploma fee of 150 TL must be deposited to Yapı Kredi Bankası Koç Üniversitesi Şb. IBAN number TR63 0006 7010 0000 0000 428868.
